Terry Locke

Terry is the Vice President at TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, serving as the Government Banker for North Florida. He has been with TD Bank since 2012, previously working as a Banking Center Manager.
A Florida native, Terry grew up in Naples and moved to Brevard County in 2009 with his wife, Rebecca—who was born and raised in Brevard—and their three daughters to be closer to family. Since then, he has been deeply involved in the community, dedicating his time and leadership to various organizations.
Terry has served on the board of Promise in Brevard since 2012, working to create independent living and employment opportunities for individuals with special needs. He is also the Secretary of the HBCA of Brevard, where he has been an active member since 2012, advocating for the building industry and ensuring policies support homeowners and businesses in Brevard. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors for the Florida Builders Association, continuing his work in policy advocacy.
In 2011, Terry founded Brevard COI, a networking group dedicated to supporting local businesses while giving back to the community. The group assists a different nonprofit each quarter through financial contributions and volunteer efforts. His past leadership roles also include serving as Treasurer for AARP and on the board of Melbourne’s Downtown Main Street.
Terry is passionate about bringing the Space Coast Science Center to life in Central Brevard. As a father of three daughters—two aspiring engineers—he understands the importance of hands-on STEM education. While this resource wasn’t available for his children growing up, he is committed to ensuring it will be there to inspire and mentor future generations, including his own grandchildren one day.
